Do you ship outside the U.S.A.?
No. Most of the products that we produce require large packages which are very expensive to ship outside the U.S.A. In most cases, the cost to ship these packages is many times the cost of the products. Each country has it's own rules and restrictions regarding packaging sizes and we are not knowledgable about this. We will ship our products to a freight forwarder within the U.S.
We will not quote or accept orders for International shipments that require us to ship outside the United States.
How do you ship within the U.S.?
Our primary carrier within the continental U.S. is Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery. We can ship some products to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via U.S.P.S. Parcel post or Priority Mail. Packages for these products are limited to 108 inches Girth/Length. For EPP foam sheets, we limit package sizes for 24" x 36" sheets to 10" in height. Package sizes for 18" x 48" pieces are also limited to 10" in height. This means that we can put up to (5) 2" thick EPP sheets of either of these sizes in a single package.
Large packages over 130" Girth/Length (Oversize 3 Classification) will incur additional charges for custom packaging and shipping and can be expensive. We can ship via Motor Freight if needed.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, if the package is small enough (under 108" Girth/Length) for Priority Mail.
