We can produce wing and tail cores from your plans. Model airplanes that were designed for foam wings usually require no further information unless you wish to modify the original model.
Plans that describe built up construction methods usually require additional information, such as foam type, and sheeting allowance.
Foam wings typically do not need spars. Fully sheeted foam wings, without spars, are usually stronger than wings constructed from spars and ribs. Spars add weight and complexity! If your plans show spars or other reinforcing construction, please indicate if these features need to be included.
You quote will include a digitizing charge if the airfoils shown on your plans are not known airfoils. If you can supply the airfoil name, or airfoil data, there will be no extra charge.
Of course, we will need to see your plans.
We DO NOT ACCEPT plans via Email or as Email attachments. We do not have equipment to print these files and it is impossible to accurately obtain size information from image files.
