These are "Generic" or "Off the shelf" cores are limited by size and airfoil selection. These cores are useful for science projects, lab experiments, wind tunnel testing or for scratch builders and "tinkerers" who may not be sure of all the detail information needed for a custom core order. Quick Order cores are are available in chord lengths from 4" to 12" in 1/4" increments, and wing spans from 24" to 72" in 12 inch increments.
Quick Order Cores are produced on our CNC foam cutting machines using a streamlined ordering and programming process that allows us to ship these cores in 1 or 2 days from the receipt of your order.

If you know all the specifics of your cores, you can use our online form to request a quote which will include the total price for your cores including shipping costs. Custom cores are limited only by the size of materials and our equipment. You can choose any named airfoil found on the Internet, airfoils you may have in coordinate files, or airfoils you have created. Airfoil web sites can be found on our links page.
We will return your quote usually within 1 business day. Your quote will include instructions for ordering online with PayPal, or you can phone in your order using a credit or debit card.
Custom Cores / Cores from Plans
We can produce cores from your paper plans. We DO NOT ACCEPT plans via Email or as Email attachments. We do not have equipment to print these files and it is impossible to accurately obtain size information from image files.
