The Order Process for Custom Foam Cores
Get a Quote:
Send us an email with the information about the cores you need cut.  Click here to see the information we require for a quote.

Include your Name and address in your Email and we will supply shipping cost information for your cores.  Shipping costs are largely dependant on distance, so this is important.  Note: we do not ship outside the U.S.

Other types of information:
If you are not sure of how to specify the information we require to cut your cores, and you have plans, drawings or sketches, you can send these to FlyingFoam.com, 100 W Pflugervlle Pkwy Suite 103, Pflugerville, TX 78660.  We can also work from sample parts and cores that were cut from other sources.  Note: If you later decide that you do not want to place an order, we will return your plans, etc. right away, no charge.

We quote your job:
We will return a quote to you via Email in 1 or 2 days.  Your quote will include information specific to the cost of your cores, but will not detail information such as washout or dihedral as it typically does not have an effect on cost.
