Information:
All cores are cut from 1# density virgin white beaded foam on our custom built CNC hot wire machine. The wing, stab and fin cores are shipped with the wing beds which are used in the covering and building process.
Wing Cores:
The 2 piece wing core set features wing tube holes, and an aileron servo leadout wire holes. The root of the cores are cut at the proper angle to match the fuselage.
Stab Cores:
This 2 piece core set includes joiner tube holes and angle cuts on the root of the cores that match the fuselage side. Cores are cut for the rudder clearance.
Fin Core:
No additional cuts are used on this piece.
Turtle Deck and Hatch Cover.
Both these pieces are cut per the plans and are hollowed out for weight savings.

Note: Wing cores will be shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery.

Credit card orders, will be placed in the queue when the credit card number is received, but the credit card will not be charged until work starts on your order.
